Why is my code
not working?

If your optician or optometrist gave you a code to use on, you can use it at the checkout where it says ‘Enter a promo code’.

How can I pay online?

What's the shipping policy?

Shipping is £4 unless you have a code from your optician or optometrist or if you spend over £50.


All orders are shipped on the day of order before 15:00 and are sent 2nd Class, Royal Mail, delivered within 2 days to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If ordered after 15:00 your order will be shipped on the next working day.

How do I find an optician with a discount code?

What's the Returns & Refunds policy?

At Dry Eye Zone, we aim to make sure our customers are always 100% happy, not only with the products they buy but also the service we provide. Our customer service team are always happy to offer advice and guidance for product selection or any enquiry you may have
